Over the past few weeks we’ve lost so many stars (or in the case of Michael Jackson and Billy Mays, super-stars). Just when you think it’s over, another celebrity bites the dust. The tension is mounting as we wait to see who will be next. Well, we here at Sickpigs.com aren’t waiting around. We’ve crunched some numbers and reached the sad conclusion that we’ll soon be saying our goodbyes to actor and TV personality Alan Thicke. So here’s our preemptive obituary to America’s sixth-favorite Canadian. RIP Alan Thicke. Singer, song writer, actor, and more, Alan Thicke was truly a jack of all trades. In the coming days there will be a lot of discussion about Michael Jackson’s legacy. While everyone will have a different opinion of the man and his music, clearly all of us are indebted to Jackson. Even if you weren’t a fan, it’s important to keep in mind that without Michael Jackson the world would have never known the greatest artist in the history of mankind: Weird AL Yankovic. Just as John the Baptist heralded the coming of Christ, so to did Michael Jackson prepare the way for Weird Al.
